NAGANO, located in the Otari section of the Hakuba Valley, is the sister restaurant of Sio in Tokyo which has been awarded a Michelin star every year for the last 4 years running. The restaurant is located in a 140 year old renovated farm house blending historic charm with contemporary luxury. The restaurant offers an exquisite 11-course menu priced at ¥33,000 per person, promising a culinary journey that promises to celebrate the finest flavors of the region.

Veuve Clicquot

The Veuve Clicqout Long Lunch is Hakuba’s most exclusive lunch and includes free flow champagne in addition to a classic mountain meal featuring:

  • Cheese Fondue

The Veuve Clicquot Long Lunch is held every Thursday at The Marillen Hotel and must be pre-booked.
