Arrival and Departure
We offer a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from Hakuba Station and Happo Bus Terminal to all guests arriving or departing by train or bus daily between 7:00 and 22:00. This service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and bus/train arrival & departure times must be provided together with the number of guests.
Nagano Station Arrival & Departure Transfers
We would be pleased to order taxi services on arrival or departure on your behalf. Taxi reservations are available earliest 60 days before arrival. A regular taxi (max. 4 pax) is approximately JPY 20,000 per way and a jumbo taxi (max. 6 pax) is JPY 30,000 per way. Taxi reservations are payable in advance and are refundable. Taxi services cancelled less than 3 days before arrival or now shows will not be reimbursed.
Ski Shuttle
A ski shuttle service is available to guests staying at HHG properties, except Kado Apartments. The shuttle operates to and from Happo Adam Gondola, Happo Kokusai Lift, Iwatake, and Happo Bus Terminal for connections to other ski resorts.
For chalets and apartments, shuttles to the resorts operate daily between 8:00 and 10:00. Return shuttles operate between 14:30 and 16:30. Please reserve the service the day before. For return pick-up, message the concierge via WhatsApp or call to arrange transport.
For hotels, the ski shuttle operates at fixed times.
Shopping Runs
HHG offers shopping runs to guests staying in chalets or apartments who do not have their own vehicle. This service is not available for Kado Apartment stays.
Restaurant Shuttle
We off a complimentary shuttle service to all HHG guests to and from HHG restaurants and bars. The restaurant shuttle operates daily between 18:00 and 22:00.
We recommend reserving seats as early in advance as possible as our capacity is limited and the service is offered on a ‘first come, first serve basis’.
